JacketStrip 8310

The JacketStrip 8310 axially and radially slits the insulation of out-of-round and multiconductor cables from 2.5 - 25 mm (0.1" - 1'') O.D. and up to 500 mm (19.7") in stripping length without any damage to the inner conductors or shielding.

EcoStrip 9380

The EcoCut 3200 is an automatic cutting machine for measuring and cutting round material. It can be equipped with either a tube cutting head or a universal cable cutting head. The tube cutting head can process tubing up to 12.7 mm (0.5") O.D. with outstanding quality. The universal cable cutting head can process wire, cable and tubing up to 10 mm (0.39") O.D. The EcoCut 3200 can be used as a stand-alone machine or it can be integrated into a processing line. The EcoCut 3200 is electronically controlled and features several interfaces for peripheral components. The electrically driven rollers feed the material to the cutting unit. The cutting unit is electrically driven and position controlled.

UniCrimp 208

The UniCrimp 208 combines the quality features of the proven Schleuniger crimp presses with a modern and user-friendly design. With a crimp force of 33 kN (3.3 tons), the UniCrimp 208 reliably connects all rear-feed and side-feed banded terminals to a conductor with high quality and speed. The well-arranged 7" touch screen enables easy and direct operation. It can hold all common mechanical or pneumatic universal crimp tools and the corresponding terminal material. The optional, fully integrated ACO 08 crimp force monitoring system offers enhanced quality assurance.iven rollers feed the material to the cutting unit. UniStrip 2550

The UniStrip 2550 is a fully programmable stripping machine, offering high precision and flexibility. It strips wires ranging in size from 0.03 - 6 mm² (32 - 10 AWG) and jacketed cables up to 5.5 mm (0.22”) in diameter. The machine comes standard with V-blades, the optimum solution for stripping most wires without having to change blades. The UniStrip 2550 can also be equipped with radius, die or flat blades, depending on the application. These special blade types are used for stripping wires with difficult to strip insulations such as Teflon, Kapton, Kynar, etc., typically used in the military and aerospace industries.
